car is running strange, sometimes revs will go up just on there own. used opcom no fault codes stored. on live data engine is ticking over at 1040 should be 900. desired idle air should be 8 and this is 11.idle switch says closed 0v. calculated air flow is 9.0. intake air temp is 29 c 3.16v. throttle position sensor reads 0.84. engine code is x12xe. bosch m.1.5.5. i have been told it could be electronic throttle, but this seems to be working.

HI this is caused by idle control valve joined, is necessary to change it.
