stolen edc17c60 no start after remplacement 208 Bluehdi 1.6 100cv no s&s

hello everyone

my ecu was stolen i buy new one virgin process (Thanks to Eladi4444 for virgin files) , i respect process with diagbox online i appaired with my bsi
but my car can't turn on, i did diag with diagbox, i have few problem with s&s multiple dtc , but my vehicule don't have s&s
im looking for solution to delet s&s systeme from my ecu or if some have file or dump for this config with non s&s thanks you
