Default Berligo 2.0 hdi with sid 801 no start

    Hello!!
Have this berlingo and no start problem!
Car is cranking ok, battery ok and connected to charger so voltage ok 13v +
with diagnostic checked for problems and error p1641 injector power supply show every 5 - 6 starts attempts, then there is no any other error!
checked for fuel rail pressure and during cranking is 250 - 300 bar so there is pressure!
checked for crankshaft camshaft sync and this is ok to
rpm during cranking 230 - 250 so ok
glow plugs get on only when cranking and no how is normaliy before cranking for short time then yellow light off and start (so no yellow light at all)
when activating plugs with diagnostic there is yellow light and plugs get power!
injector resistance when disconnected from ecu is arround 200 kohm
immo sync is ok and bsi is unlocked and engine ecu is unlocked and start alowed!
when checking with delphi and diagun x431 have 70+ v going to injectors but when checking with multimeter ther is no positive voltage to injectors
have checked for all power supply to ecu and all ground is there
only thing what i do not know if is ok is when testing wiring from injectors to ecu there is common ground on all four injectors and is there when connector is connected to ecu and resistance to ground is 25 - 30 ohm with key on position 1 , 2 , 3 , and key out, always one wire from all 4 injectors is going to ground with only little 25 ohm and there is no positive pulse feed to any of the injectors but diagnostic say there is 70 + v
all other solenoids and sensors getting supply and have normal readings!
do anybody know if this constant ground on injectors is ok?
for now do not have replacement sid 801 to test if this ground is on another ecu same like is in this situation.
so no glow plug light before cranking and out is 5 degree celsius and normaly will lit glow plug for sec or two, now nothing,
no positive pulse to injectors and on other wire constant ground
tested with injectors disconnected one at the time and still nothing
rail pressure present in every attempt
when disconnecting injectors and testing and trying to start there is no injector disconnected or shorted fault in ecu
    any help is wellcome!!
    Thank you!!!

    Good.
Have you checked the main motor relay , its shape is rectangular .
to have current in the injector, it comes directly from the unit that gives the signal.

Well work out the dk thanks function!

sounds like one or more injections are down to chassis. See if will start on 3 cyclders

when last run was it short run or got very hot
