Tell us more what happened, also is new ECU 100% same to original?

Flash looks good, please upload full read from new ecu.

Is car starting with new ecu? Explain "not count km/h., makes dtc and save" It seems hard to understand what you want to say.

here is the new (used) ecu bdm read :new ecu partner.rarnew ecu partner.rar
i did bdm write files from the previous ecu , engines starts and works "fine" but its in safe because dash board speedometer does not move (dtc p0500) , have switched the speed sensor in gearbox and nothing changes
