After programming the ECU is dead BOSH ME7.5 Audi TT

Hello,

I managed to kill the ECU yesterday after inserting the map.
The car Audi TT 8n
Bosh ME 7.5 engine controller
I read the map using MPPS V18 then deleted one DTC and re-uploaded.
At the very end I made one mistake when Mpps told me to turn the ignition off for 10s and turn it on for 10s, and then click "OK".
I just turned off the ignition for 10s and clicked "OK"
Mpps showed that flashing the ECU is complete.
The car fired once and then I did not start.
No engine ECU communication after checking.


I took the ECU out of the car and read the driver on the table in Boot Mode using MPPS V18.


What should I do now to make the engine ECU work properly?
