Mini cooper D all key lost OBDSTAR X300 plus

hi, I have a minicooper D with Cas3 / Cas3 +, which has lost all keys. I have ordered a key, but I cannot adapt it with obdstar x300 plus, maybe I am doing something wrong. I backup key data, after I click on Program Key, All key Lost, me asks to backup the Eeprom and the Flash, I click Enter, but it gives me the error This Featyte Is Not Supported.
Anyone have experience?

All keys lost can only be dome on the table you eeprom and flash files from CAS3+ only AVDI or VVDI2 can you read cas eeprom and flash on the table?. + Need ECU ISN.

can't read with upa S or Xprog?
