Default 2020 kia telluride smart key programming.

    Guys I'm asking for suggestions.

2020 kia telluride with smart key.
I'm getting a "smart key button pressed incorrectly"
message when I'm trying to program diller (unlocked) smart key hitag3 47. Used autel 608 to pull pin code out with success but not able to get key programmed. Also tryed autel j2534 jvci with kia official soft, launch 431 v+ all with same results... Any idea what's going on? I checked key signal frequency and it's in ranch! Some times it says key is not valid when you just press the button. (Asking to hold the button with top side of the key for 5 seconds)

    Any help would be appreciated.

There 2 options of the smart 4f24 and 4f34 4button and a 5 button with remote start. Guess you got the wrong Smart Key.

Thank you so much for your respond. The one that I'm trying to hook up is a diller key that I ordered by Vin # I do have another used (locked) key that I also tryed to program but with no luck (invalid key fob) message. Start button looks ok. I checked ground, power and signal wires to BCM (immobilizer build in to it)

    Any other thoughts?

Don't know anything about the car.
But this model was, a nice one.

If removing the battery, of the original key.
    Which is already programmed.

You need either to touch the start button with the key. And car will start.
Or place the key, in a specific place. Usually in the center console. Then push start button, and car will start.

    When doing this.
You will verify the place, of the coil ring location.

And then, you should be able to program the spare key.
If it is the right one.
    Which is seems to be.

    But later after testing.
Both keys needs to have their battery in place, doing the programming.
Or else maybe trouble later, with the key. (Depends of car brand and model).
