Ford s-max 2008 2.0 tdci power stearing

i need to replace power stearing on s-max 2008 client try to replace with a used pump ...and after engine start no diagnostic to pump ...on this car pump is not working if start car without adaptation with vcm ...?

Not necessary play with vcm.

Install to car start and thats it, minumum maybe steering angel sensor calibration but never done , always after install start car and done .


About used power steering modul.

90% it's not work , because water in here or eeprom corrupted .

My option , no time play with this , bay new that's it !
