Need help! Lexus gs300 2008 no power instrument cluster

Instrument cluster no power, I checked all the fuses and they are OK. Instrument cluster 12v + available.


only error code b1271
What else can I check?

It should have a permanent 12v live and an ignition 12v live

1 contact comes 12v when I start the car
2 x contact continuous 12v
