i just dont understand , u have original tool which has support, write to him and tell your problem

you must to contact the support
and send the uhds for repair it!!
i have alredy this error
dissagble the uhds and look if the batterie is disconcectto the pcb!!!is is it is disconect your must to send to the support
use a good cable usb
