Looking for advice with smart 451 eeprom

Hello, guys, not a pro mechanic here,but i like to do some little projects from time to time when have some time. Right now took on a smart 451 which apparently was in some ''pros'' hands so SAM dash and main ecu all has different vins Just wanted to ask can anyone recommend some software/hardware in order to change the vin on SAM and dash eeprom?
Just made reading on dash with iprog but wont lie just cant figure how to change vin itself because never did it before, and the win ive foun in eeprom seems weird(or i just dont get it) would be thankful if someone could recommend any device or maybe theres some info that i wasnt able to find

just noticed the rule about info, its 2008 smart 451 as ive said i did test it with iprog+ mileage on dash is 105k while the real one is 65k (about) i will add my check files tomorrow when ill get back to it so maybe someone could say if the reading are good or not
