Need URGENT Help with an Audi A4 B8

Hello i have here an Audi A4 B8 3.0TDI which begun with an defective BCM2 (Because of wrong trailer module installation)

So i cloned the BCM2, did it for the first time, and by accident i made the "instrument cluster" virgin!
So to made it match again, i needed to get the gataway's eeprom data, so i desoldered eeprom from the gateway and readed it..
After installing the gateway again, the gateway also did not work anymore (must be broken when soldering eeprom back)
I had laying a another gateway around (exact same partnumber) and this time by clip i wrote the data from the old gateway to the new gateway.
Also made the cluster back alive with the gateway eeprom dump.

So all the components are back working again...
But i can not make the car running again....
A lot of faults appear on the dash like ESP, ABS, Airbag, Headlight range defective, TPMS, Parking brake...

And there are a few modules which VCDS can not reach anymore!

- 01 Engine
- 02 Transmission
- 15 Airbag
- 55 Headlight Range

What i think is because of the new BCM2 and the new gateway module, there is a VIN mismatch.. Otherwise i really don't know how this can be solved..

The ECU and transmission are untouched... and have for sure an VIN number.. but they can not be reached anymore...

I have all the backups from the gateway, the BCM2 eeprom and flash, also from the ECU the flash and eeprom...

The tools i have are: ODIS, VCDS, VCP ori, VVDI2, VVDIPROG, Autel IM608.

I checked already all the fuses, and all the relais, they are all good!

Is there anybody who can help me with this, i am a bit lost at the moment....

I have a scan here from VCDS, (i deleted the modules without errors to make it more readable)

And normally when you make an AutoScan, you always see an VINnumber in the filename from the VCDS autoscan.. The VIN is not visible in the filename anymore...

I also uploaded the text files i made with VVDI2 with all the calculations from the ECU and the BCM2

Hopefully somebody can tell me what to do know! Because i really don't know what to do anymore...

Hi, friend! I hope you have it solved by now. the BCM has component protection so when cloning it or they have skipped that protection or for that reason it can be the cause of the failure.
you can also check the wiring diagram to see what it has in common with the units you don't read.
sometimes a fuse or relay can cause certain units not to be read (and it could have accidentally broken while you were operating) the electrical diagram is also important because sometimes when removing and putting in a connector, in this case from the BCM, a pin can be retracted and leave no communication
