VW Polo 9N 2004 Engine Module Eeprom Corrupt - poss immo off?

Hi everyone,

I have a polo 2004 non start with a flashing immobiliser light. The engine ecu is a magneti marelli 036 906 034 DE.
I have read the instrument cluster and checked the eeprom file against my key programmer, all keys have been checked and match the eeprom file.

The engine ecu doesn't report the vin when queried via diagnostics. Reading the eeprom of the engine ecu shows it is corrupt.
To my knowlege the vehicle battery died and the vehicle was jump started.

Is there any software that can repair the data or is it possible for someone to disable the immobiliser for me please.
