Default JEEP GRAND CHEROKE SRT8 OVERHEATS TOO MUCH

Folks, I need your help with this 2007 SRT8 Jeep Grand Cheroke, 6.1L Engine. The thing is that this vehicle overheats too much and reaches up to 118°C but there is no water consumption. In other workshops they have already changed the fan including the complete new engine, they changed the new radiator, they changed the new water pump. but the problem still persists. I see that the fan blade rotates very slowly and lacks speed. How can I increase the fan speed? With the scanner I do an active test on the fan and the High works as well as the low.
I need your help to control the temperature of this vehicle
    thanks for your help

I would check the thormostat and then after that possible head gasket check, combustion could be leaking to coolant

hi .Do a live data check with scan tool and compare readings from ecu to actual gauge.. Can be a faulty gauge or temp sensor also . A live data check will help narrow problems down
