In you file the egr already turned off. Try to disconnect the EGR Valve. If the solution isn't good, upload orginal file..

Hey,
EGR wasn't turned off in your file, there's a switch at 726DD that hasn't been modified.
EGR off file attached, with checksum by programmer.
