Hi guys did a 2008 fiat scudo with a psa edc16c34, did immo off and when vehicle stationary wouldnt rev over 3,000rpm.

But when vehicle was moving it would rev all the way is this normal behaviour after immo off on psa edc16c34 or could i of cured it by recoding injectors?????

After long test drive there was "no fault codes".
