I am new and I don't understand what does it take to get help
Hi, could someone explain how these forums work when it comes to receiving help? I posted a file on one of the threafs on the forum to get help and I got a proper file to use but there is a password on it and after researching I still don't get why? Apparently paying here is not an option and help is free of charge here so that can't be a reason for a password. Is it because I am new? Any guidance would be appreciated
