DEAR,

One solution for you yoo can make New Key and used key programming in your Vehicle!

if you have lost alle Keys you must removed the EIS and read with a simple Motorola Programmer the 2 HC IC you see 2 BIG IC.

Save the Original Data from the HC 2 BIG CHips

than use a used Key read with NEC programmer

Sav the File from NEC programmer

than Start the Software from the NEC Programmer MB and synchronise the Data (autoprocess)

Finaly: put the 2 HC Chips in Motorola, put the NEC File in the Key that is

have Enjoy

Onboard solution is very riskfull you can make with i thnisk R205 or R200 (is more better for ODometer but not for EIS)

@Bigovic, you are not right with your solution, W163 does not use EIS but EZS and its got just i Chip , thats the AAM or DAS.

Abritus72 solution is the safest but i dont have it, guess i will have to desolder and solder back then. i have Abritus72 OBD2 programmer but no Pre-coded W163 chip (pcf7935AS) otherwise i would have fixed keys.
Anyone know how to make Precoded PCF chips

This exactly what i have too, but the 2 times i used it , it tells me "That EEprom with taken mask
has used keys N 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8" so am skeptical maybe not good. what do you think? If i have this situation what can i do, i know it can be edited by removing some keys so others can be added.

The PCF7935AS i will use with the MB key programmer, must it be Pre-coded or just blank?

when i use carprog it asks me for blank 7935 then it codes the it to the car.
