share some frequently asked question about PCMtuner, like activation, login in, or update, maybe more...

Start from login-in, better remember our password.
if we forget, no way to rest now, only 2ways: register a new email and ask seller for activation; or send the same email to seller and register again

After activation, enter SN on password but says wrong password, try email ok, isn't the password SN?
->>if we buy earily, the password may still be email, now the password is SN

If we changed computer, similar to forgetting password, have to contact seller to register a new email or register the old one again.
Don't frequently change computer, the frequency is limited to twice a year at most due to some users' changing pc too frequently...

PCMtuner program and VZperformance "Password Recovery" Function is available
If users forget password, find it back by email.
But make sure your email has already been registered.

forget about that tool, if u get your computer broken u have to pay to instal in another pc, firt time on my life i ve seen that, you buy something but it is never yoiur completely.

if you change computer, just re-activate your email or activate a new email, haven't heard about re-charge for pc change, unless it changes over twice within a year

PCMtuner Power Adapter Notice!
PlZ use the power adapter in PCMtuner package
some Incorrect Cases,
1. OBD: PCMtuner host connected via obd, supply another 12v power to device.
Separate 12v power supply could burn triode and step-down chips
2. Bench: Supply power to PCMtuner host by LAB Power, set 13.5v or other voltages.
Unsafe voltage could burn whole triode.
