MMI controls - circuit board - repair

Hi all,
my control board with knobs and buttons doesn't work.. Is there anybody who tried to repair circuit board?
I know that mostly it dies because of some liquid, so the cause can be everywhere, but maybe someone can
have some wiring diagramor manual how to diagnose the board..
