Default 2013 Tundra Odometer Blinking 93C66

Hello beautiful people Im from the US, I bought a cluster from a limited tundra I changed it 171245 miles to 114000 miles. Im using neoprogrammer for the eeprom(93C66) editing, saved the file before I programmed just in case. I changed the miles to what I have and it worked but the odometer is blinking. So I went back, programmed the original file and now thats blinking too. Can someone help me? Thanks.

I don't have it connected to the truck yet. I have it connected to my power supply. I haven't tried the reset button but I'll see if that works.

Removed eeprom and installed it on a adapter. I read on some other forum, some guy had the same issue. He posted, "I already solved the problem!
the error was in the way the millage is edited, tachosoft says it is in the first two lines and part of the third, well I realized that the milege is in the first line and the second in the address 100 and the third in 110." Im new to this and I dont know where 100 or 110 is at on the dump file.

    Hello,
I still need some help. Ive been trying to figure out this issue with the odometer blinking on this 2008 tundra limited cluster. I heard that the file is probably corrupted. Can someone check the file or has a US backup dump file I can try?
