    Hey buddy
Does the battery is normal or some sort of casing that might contain some other electronics also.
Is the battery lead acid type or something else. Is there any other battery in the vehicle also. What type is that, if there. What make are they. Is the battery you removed from the vehicle can be charged by a portable charger. Can that battery be used in another vehicle, if yes, then how it performs in the other vehicle. Did you used scanner to sync the new battery or was it plug n play. Are there any dtcs now. The issue is successfully solved, so only you can clarify and guide
    Thanks for info and updating
    All the best

    Hi
The car is hybrid. The battery is inside a casing think some electronic parts for damaged. There is no sign of physical damage on the battery. The impact damaged it. Thank you all for your help

Now that the car is diagnosed I will let the insurance handle the issue.
There was no need for synchronization.
After replacing the battery there was no fault.

To note the car was running fine just before the accident. Just the rear ended prevented the car from starting. It is not as if the car was parked after the accident and battery got discharged. Or they changed the battery.

    Hey buddy
Did the longitudnal sensor got reset on its own or it was seperately reset by the scanner. Are there any alarms when the vehicle is scanned? Also, can you please share the location of the main and hybrid batteries.
    Thanks for help

I never found the acceleration sensor. The hybrid battery is at the back behind the car seats. New battery fixed the issues. Before new battery was used acceleration sensor could not be reset with scanner
