Default Program key Volvo V70 year 1998

All key lost situation Volvo V70 year 1998
Read chip from immo box 93C46 in circuit, on board(not desolder eepro) with Miniprog and vvdi prog.
Car is not staring, customer says it started before keys where stolen.
Tried programing with tango,PCF7935 and pcf7930, tango says key no 3 ok, not starting!

Tried program wit TMPRO, T5 chip, not starting!

Software module 46 – Volvo IMMO1 immobox Bosch Price:100 Euro
Memory device is serial memory 93c46 SMD8 package.
Expected file size is 128 bytes.
    Use T5 transponder.
Written transponder is ready programmed to start the vehicle.
    Vehicles equipped with this unit:
    Volvo: 850, 940, 960, C70(-1998), Polar, S40(-1998), S70(-1998), V40(-1998), V70(-1998)

    What do I do wrong?
Should I try desolder chip and read out of circuit?
The cars alarm is on, does that block the car from starting?
I do not have any alarm remote.
    File is attached, seames right.

Anyone with more knowledge than me?

    This info from a list.
    Volvo V70 1998 2000 IN CIRCUIT
    Volvo V70 1998 2000 IN CIRCUIT
    Volvo V70 1997 1998 IN CIRCUIT
    From a different programmer.
So it is probably OK, to this one incircuit.

    Check diagnostic parameter with OBD.
    Key - Start - OK
ECU - Start - OK etc.

Not sure what is the problem, but better don't read volvo immobox with clip in circuit. Friend of mine were testing vvdi prog on them and it wiped out eeprom data.

hi, i read blue immo box 93c66 with original vvdi prog eeprom clip adapter. without disassembling the original 7935 was successful, but the xt27 super chip did not. because it did not lock.

    Same here,
I read 93c66 in circuit, lower voltage, set prog to 2.5v.

And i made a superchip. Not start.
A shame that these xhorse chips fail, on 7935.
    Using a 7935 worked.

Thank you friends, I took box (black for volvo V70 1998) to workshop. Desolder eeprom 93C46, program T5 with TMPRO. Did not start car. Customer took car to volvo dealer, I be back. Something Must be wrong in car? With all the keys I am doing, happens very seldom than it does not work.

hello, in these vehicles, there is usually a separation in the solder of some parts during heating, check it at excessive temperature.

If it uses originally ID73 it could be T5 issue. Remember I had problems when copy ID73 onto T5 (car didn't start) and had to use 7930/31.
