c klass w 203 year 2002

hi everyone
One guy in our area reset the w203(2002 model), he did reset the cluster correctly but while doing the EZS he did some MISTAKE & the car didnt START Also Both the front tyres were jammed(or stucked) very tightly even the car was not able to move
so he called the MERCEDES AUTHORISED WORKSHOP & they send their mechanics they REMOVE A KIND OF SHAFT (which is connected to the STEERING SHAFT) to release the FRONT TYRES (to move)

NOW my question is why the car was not able to move????
ALL BECOZ OF ESL(electronic steering lock) OR SOME OTHER REASON

Is there anyone who can describe in details & throw some light on this problem

or ABRITES AVDI TO RELEASE THE THE TYRES OR MOVE THE CAR

i think your ezs is damage

mentioned in my Ist post that guy has made the mistake while reseting the EZS
that means he has DAMAGED the EZS

make test with star diagnosis,
you have communication with eis,is ok
no comunication,you need new eis
