From the email they sent it looks like your contract starts when you insert the viewing card, so we could wait until nag3 hits then start the year from then!

Thanks Yorkslad;this code works-March 2010 is the cut-off.Does anyone know if the contract is 12mth so you could in effect cancel after this?I'm waiting for the Wife to get home and get this fantastic offer myself.This is my first post and I'm already chuffed to be a member!!
We all know the clouds are on the horizon but this will certainly bring a little sunshine while it lasts.

you could try putting in your address as flat 1 at your address and then have her cancel, the engineer won't care and the postman will still deliver to your house, worth a try?
