26A0700 to PSA Key, transponder OK but remote not work

Hello friends, i have a new key to Peugeot that i programed for a car but finally it didn´t use.

Now, i need reset the board and i am trying it changing the mic 26A0700 but when i test it, the transponder works fine but the remote doesn´t run.

For test, when i go back to weld the original 26A0700, the remote control runs fine but when i weld again the new 26A0700 the remote control doesn´t run.

I tested two new 26A0700 and i have the same problem with each.

Do i need program anything to start remote control, please??

PD: I bought the new 26A0700 in Aliexpress.....

Mate PSA keys cost 5-6USD tell me why you want to replace the chip?

When I program PSA keys Peugeot or Citroen I often have a problem that the transponder passes and the remote does not work. Lately when I need to do PSA keys I first take the universal keydiy key and try the options until I get the remote to work properly. Then I know exactly whether remote ASK or FSK, etc. and according to that knowledge I program the appropriate key (remote). I also programmed the keys from Aliexpress. Maybe this will help you.

I know it mate, but i bought 26A0700 time ago for 3€ and i did want to learn how to repair it by replacing it.

I don´t know if the problem is the new 26A0700, or i need to do it anything after of weld it to that the remote works correctly....

Do know you it, please?.

Hello mate, my problem isn´t the frecuency, my problem is that remote control don´t send none signal with new 26A0700, but it woks nice with old 26A0700.

This is the reason why I have the doubt.

Is it a problem with the new chip? or, do I have to do some programming to activate the remote control signal sending?

On one occasion i bought on aliexpress pcf 7946 blank for some remote key that was locked. I changed the original pcf 7946 with the new pcf 7946. I thought that way I would get a virgin remote key ready for programming on the car. But it doesn't work that way. My friend who has a lot of experience in this business told me that it is first necessary to program the pcf for example with vvdi prog with the appropriate adapter. I have vvdi prog but I don't have pcf adapter. So I gave up on that job. I'm not sure, but it's possible that in your case, too, the mic 26A0700 should be programmed first. Maybe someone who has solved a similar problem should be included in this topic.
