Cluster RB8 Audi A4 need swap help please

Hi , it's my first help request,
i have a big problem with RB8 , i have try to swap cluster with new part from dealer. (not save new cluster eprom :/ )
try with fvdi, i have copy eprom data BUT after that, cluster was damaged with DEF
Repaired with fvdi, now it's ok for def but i have not same pin in cluster than ecu , and have 12 bytes key needed not 7.
try vcds procedure channel 50 for change pin but not work, i have message "system not ok"

After try to precode key with fvdi, done after much try , transponder locked now but key not goodly precoded

maybe immo off can resolve my problem?
i have only vin in channel 24 of vcds not the 14 immo numbers after.

i'm going crazy with this car
if someone can resolve it i can paid no problem.

I solvedthis way.
With carprog read immo data from old cluster.Save it on komputer.
Instal new substitute dash.
Make it repair def wit avdi or fvdi
load immo data to carprog and write it to new cluster with carprog.
Worked 100%

On my A4 B7 with a 2.5 tdi engine, the RB8 dashboard broke when I was learning a new key.
i can no longer read data from old dashboards
how can i install a used dashboard?
I also don't have a pin from the used dashboard
which tool should i use ???

load immo data to carprog and write it to new cluster with carprog.

to use carprog in this situation, I only need the A1 adapter? I am trying but no success, always have "no response from ECU", by with AVDI is possible communicate.
