Default Non-stop beep + handbrake warning light Ibiza 6L Fr BLT

Good afternoon, I'm desperate with the car, it's an Ibiza 6L Fr BLT. As soon as you start it, it starts to beep nonstop and the handbrake warning light comes on, it doesn't always do it, I've always noticed that on rainy days or if you wash it (or so I think) it does it more continuously, I suggest it's a fault electrical, I have read more people with this problem and before you say what it can be I tell you what I have tried with:
    - Another Dash
    - Brake fluid glass with new sensor
    - Fill and bleed brake fluid 25 thousand times
    - New front and rear pads
    - vacuum pipe from the tamdem pump to the brake servo
    - Fuses all Ok
    - New pedal sensor clutch, new pedal sensor brake and handbrake sensor

VAGCOM does not show any abs fault, I don't know what else to try, if someone can help me, I think it must be some electrical fault or something else I can't explain it.
A greeting to all and many thanks in advance!

    Hi
As strange as it may seem what I'm going to tell you it's to check your battery. Put a known good battery. That solved my problem with a VW.
Are there abs sensors in the car? Check the wiring harness for water ingress.

The rear brake calipers are electric for mine

I will check the battery, abs sensors once showed a failure turning on the abs warning light because the magnetic crown of the bearing separated, change the bearings and it was solved, but this is different, it is only a handbrake warning light with more beeps
