MIB2 blocked help

Hello everyone today i've tried to update my mib firmware from P0231D to P0635D, i edited InstallManager file and and started update via SWDL, everything went ok and writed all 20 files, after unit restart the screen went black and never come back to work, waited 30 min and nothing, i plugged my vcds and try to communicate with 5F and nothing, i've try to put back P0231D firmware into the sd card and hold power button for restart and hold menu button like you do in blue screen emergency update but nothing... the unit is a Delphi, before editing InstallManager i made all the necessary backups of InstallManager and other files, i read trought the internet and i see that someone connected via usb uart but on technisat unit if you guys can help me with a guide or w/e for roll it back i could appreciate it. thanks...

unfortunately you broke the unit, I can fix it ....

yes.. i already bought a technisat one but it has problems with sound, everything adaption and coding was done from another passat and can't fix it, its like crackling from tweeters at low volume like when you're searching for a radio station, at high volume everything is ok... maybe you can help me with this?
