ford focus maps update problem

hi folks
i have a ford focus 2019 with sync 3.downloaded the new map update from ford uk. now it came down in zip form
and following the instruction i should end up with 3 files when unzipped.
now the three files i should have are syncmyride autoinstall and dontindx.msa.
now the last file is the one i am missing ie dontindx.msa.
i downloaded it from the ford site more times , still the same 2 files only. unzipped it different way
but still the same.it is 21 gigibit big when downloading.
i been onto ford and the reply was to contact local branch , which are not helpful.
here is the question
now if anyone can tell me if that file missing is important , which i am sure it must be.
