searching for torque values or service manual for Fiat Doblo II 1.6d

Going to replace the suspension strut bearing on a Fiat Doblo II 1.6d van.

Therefor I need the proper torque values for lower and upper nuts (6 and 7 in the picture).
Maybe someone also has a repair manual for the car (pdf) that would be nice.

But if one could help me out with just the right vlaues that would be enough.
