Card Sharing Over the Internet

I am looking at ways of over coming N3 and have been pointed to card sharing over the internet by someone in Germany, I have googled it but its not clear to me what it is or how it works. Can anyone enlighten me about this technique ?

Google is your friend. But its something sophisticated and you need hours and hours to grasp it
