AUTOCOM 2020.23 does not see BMW E87

Hello,
Maybe someone can help.
The AUTOCOM 2020.23 can not connect to BMW E87 (2011)?
Does anyone know what to do to make it work?
It's not a problem of the interface because the same interface and autocom works correct with a mercedes.
The same interface is connecting to this bmw using delphi 2013 and 2017.
Any special steps to do to make it work?

To diagnose BMW cars with SW 2020.23 you need a VCI with a single PCB A +.

So probably I have a double board VCI ;/

If I can't with this BMW maybe someone can tell me what software can I use to replace the DPF?
The 2020.23 has this option but I can't connect with the car. The 2013 and 2017 works with this car but unfortunately it doesn't have the DPF replacement option.
What else can I use? Maybe WOW?
Is is possible to find a software on this forum which will help me to solve this issue?
