i ask from erlasoft to register to there site, but they refuse and send me to the place that i had purchase the programmer(ecuvonix...)

and it's as if they didn't want to answer me, as if they were pissed that I bought from ecuvonix...

ecuvonix is ​​not an official reseller?

why this behavior from erlasoft?????

Strange behavior indeed. Last time elrasoft referred me to ecuvonix to purchase stuff. That was last year though?
Upa has not updated it's software for a while and my email asking if there will be any update has been unanswered.
Is your upa working though?

yes, my upa s works fine, and runs the last update v2.2.5.....

i recontact with ecuvonix and i get this: "If you have bought on our site you cannot access the elarsoft site directly."

WTF is going on?????
