hello, how to reset EWM W211 ?

i try with avdi in DAS manager, i have no communication but in diagnostic mode i have communication and i can read fault code

I have already reset a EWM W220 with avdi das manager and i work, but with EWM W211 not work

anyone have a solution? thank you

many times I changed w211 never required to renew
