What is a pin code needed for? Which car is it? Maybe the problem is the transponder, cluster (vw). Here is your Immo off file.

Car is Seat Ibiza 2002 1.4 engine.
Car came with Immobilizer problem was no start.After deleting all DTC car started.
After 30 minutes tried restarting the car but Immobilizer light came on again.
So I did Immo off with tool and wrote it on 95080.
Tried to start the car but there was no RPM signal.(checked with VCDS)
After 1 retry immo flashing again.
With key 'on' does not flash Immobilizer but only when cranking.

Fuel gauge not working and also Temperature is blinking.
Powers and grounds to Ecu are ok.All fuses good

Fuel pump test is not running as many seconds as it should when there is NO immo light and also throttle body is only working for 3 seconds aswell.
If immo flashing fuel pump works 5 - 8 seconds and throttle stays on(you can hear it work)

Tried used ECU still not working

Maybe I should try to resynchronization Cluster with Ecu

I would first resolder the connectors on the cluster and check for bad solders on the cluster board. But it remains unclear why the car does not start if you did immo off in the engine ecu. (if I understood correctly you said that the car came with an immo problem). I don't know what errors you read in the ecu and are there any other problems?

Yes without cluster car can start.

Did adaptation with vcds group 21 new key immo light goes out car doesnt start.

If i quickly turn the ignition and start engine immo lights comes on engine starts and dies

Im giving up on this car
