Default Lost channels on The Box Super USB

Hi I have the Box super USB, which over a number of days has lost the channels I now have only the usual 5 UK TV stations. I have tried going into menu > 1570 and this hasn't changed anything. Can anyone help

but im getting no picture what so ever.

    sig strenth is very good.

any ideas on a quick fix?.

(sry for posting in this thread (just thought it made more sence to keep it in the one post rather than the same one posted again)

I'm having the same problem with the channel loss, but I still get Sky News... I don't know my navigation code? Does anyone have any advice? Much appreciated!! I am in the UK too if that helps.

    Thanks!

    Its asking for navigation key.
All my channels are connecting, im just getting a black screen. the signal goes pretty much all the way up theres just a very small space between the end. I only get sky news, does that change the situation?

    Thank you btw!

First of all you need to look in the general cable section to make sure your area has not gone to n3 if it has go no further, your box is toast, if not read on!!!
    Menu > factory settings > 0000 > ok
english > installation > auto scan on your service provider
    once completed press exit.
menu > 1570 > keycode on > press ok on default > exit to a $ channel & leave to update
