I need to know if its possible using op-com, to program the psg16 diesel pump in, if pump has been reset. As usually the car hasnt arrived yet need to know if its possible first.

yes you can code the pump in using the code on the carpass, if it hasn't been reset first you need the code from the donor vehicle first to divorce it from the original car & then re-code it using code from customers car

Did this today, tried using 090281d, there is a fault in software on programming Psg16 pump. Had to go back and use 090714, that did the job beautifully, just thought id share my experience to save you guys time messing like i did, thanks for all replies and to opel1234 and qiy1gd, who helped me lots thanks again.

You read chassis no. off replacement pump/ecu using op-com then send chassis no. to very good friend.

Very good friend sends you security code, for vehicle donor pump is off, then you go into pump/ecu using op-com , programming, reset ecu.
