Volvo v60 Airbag SRS error

Hi! I own a 2015 Volvo V60 plug-in hybrid and I had to change the seatbelts on the car, and with the new seatbelts and everything I know have an Airbag SRS error code on the dash, and on the tester the code was:
B00791B
Driver Seatbelt Pretensioner B Deployment Control
- Resistance too high
- Permanent
Can you guys help me out on how to resolve this issue or clear the error code? Because if I try and clear it it comes back up again. Thanks!

Disconnect this pretensioner and join resistor 2,2ohm then try clear errors ...check in parameters resistance pretensioner ?

Volvo did a recall on the pretensioner under the driver seat and replaced them with a cap which still blows after crash, check under driver seat for some black furry tape with wires leading too it. Replace the cap with a resistor.

Or if the car hasn't had the recall then did you replace the seatbelt and also the pretensioner?
