Default Nissan Almera 2001 nats5 and ECU sync

Hello to all. Almera 2.2 Diesel owner left head light on all night and battery was flat. That recharged battery ( off car ) and after that no start of car. Diag was made by local shop and immo was diag with faults.

1 If I read NATS5 on orange with k-line and insert file in tango I will be able to see key if they are ok in nats file.

2 if nats file damaged, will repair it and write back to nats ECU.

Can the sync between engine ECU and NATS 5 be done on bench with some soft or only in car ?

The easiest way in the car. If you re-learning the keys under the key learning process the Nats5 and the ECU will sync
