Default CUAA 2.0 BiTDI injectors into CAPA 3.0TDI

    Hi I have a problem.
    I fit cuaa injectors ( very big ) 2.0bitdi cp74
    To capa engine 3.0 cp04
On stock injectors I have 145iq and 2600bar no problem.
I change duration map and soi for good eoi as they are double flow of stock injectors.
I change nothing else in the map. same fuel fuel volume everything.
But now I have no rail pressure.
After 2.5k rpm nothing, demand 2600bar and I get like 500bar
Injector deviations look good, but I did leak off test and found this...
Any ideas ? Just seems as soon as gets to 1500bar the rail just dies... Even with duration map corrected from cuaa OEM ori file.
Both peizo Injectors, with 20k miles on them ( so the seller said )

idle , start , cruise, partial throttle no problems...... only WOT Full load.....

145iq and 2600bar no problem on old set of injectors but durations were getting high so i need to fit higher flow ones for hx52 build coming soon

i have 8 injectors in total so i change the right back injectors one by one yesterday still the same no rail.

Ill change out the left bank injectors today see if it gets any better but id like some opinions.

    Thanks
