Default BMW 120D 2009 - No signal to starter

    Hi,

    I have a BMW 120D from 2009.
The car start only when bypassing the starter with ignition on. No fault codes beside Transponder key wich i believe is key reader.
I will have that changed later on but could that cause no start issue ? Ignition goes on but no signal to starter if not bypassed.

EEPROM of cas might be corrupt as well is another idea ?
File is attached just in case.

Happen to anyone before ? Starter was giving strong spark so it seems the starter is good but I might be wrong and the problem is from it.

    Best regards,

Sometimes the engine cannot be started
    E60, E61, E63, E64, E70, E81, E87, E90, E91, E92, E93, R56
    Description of the situation

    Vehicle status - pin R.

After depressing the clutch pedal (in vehicles with a manual transmission) or the brake pedal (in vehicles with an automatic transmission) and pressing the START-STOP button, the engine will not start. Instead, the vehicle goes to pin 0 status.

With the clutch pedal depressed or the brake pedal depressed, the customer must press the START-STOP button again to start the engine.

    Event

There are no faults. The characteristic is due to the design.

Prerequisite for starting the engine: the clutch pedal (in vehicles with a manual transmission) or the brake pedal (in vehicles with an automatic transmission) is fully depressed (squeezed out).

The pedal must be fully depressed at least 0.3 seconds before pressing the START-STOP button.

This 0.3 second (300 ms) is used as a signal settling time to accurately recognize the engine start intent.

If the START-STOP button is pressed before the signal stabilization time of 0.3 seconds has elapsed, the vehicle enters the status of terminal 0.

111.jpgВот что я предлагаю.. Я не вижу VIN. Схемы не знаю. (((.Может кто-то блокирует запуск.Например коробка не в Р..Перед лечением нужно сделать анализы и все Рассказать о машине,иначе не исправишь..
Here's what I'm suggesting.. I can't see the VIN. I don't know the diagram. (((. Maybe someone is blocking the launch. For example, the box is not in R .. Before treatment, you need to do tests and tell everything about the car, otherwise you won’t fix it ..

I constantly edit messages, the browser translates itself without me and saves. Remind me if it's not clear.

Well the EEPROM + flash of CAS seem to be just fine.

I even replaced the start/stop button and no change. Can't really put my finger on what is wrong and why it doesn't want to start, only by bypassing the starter it fires up with no issues.

    Thanks for the help

I don’t understand, is the car on mechanics or AT? The unit, if it does not see the clutch pedal or parking, will not allow the car to start.

It's simple. We take a 12V light bulb and connect it to the terminal. If the light bulb is on, then you need to run to the store. But if not .... then turn on the head.

In ncs , you can turn off the option to press pedal when starting, so you just have to insert fob and press button
