Toyota prestige P2122 & Limp Mode help

Hi I have this toyota diesel vehicle..this car will run ok for while and then it will just lose the throttle response
And it have P2122 fault in ecu if i try to clear it , it goes away and return after some time again
Please help

I tried to do P2122 delete from file but 2 other faults popped up take look below

Please guy iv tried another throttle position sensor & check wires Allso tried removed the dtc from file..but all failed

Now I see ABS module have C1331 fault look bellow pic..will it cause this car to go into limp mode?
Because car drives very well and then will just lose throttle response and go into limp..
Please will really appreciate your help guys
