    Default EDC17CP44 pinout

    Hi folks, would anyone have a full pinout and/or circuit board schematic for a EDC17CP44?

    Yeah I was trying to change the colour at the same time you replied ��

    I’m testing the above ECU as the vehicle will not start. No output to all 6 injectors. I have 245vdc at the main IGBT when I wake the ECU up at terminal 50 on the 91 pin plug. I have found that all the emitters for the 6 injector IGBTs are connected to terminal 92 on the 105 pin plug and I’d like to see where that goes in the car.

    I’ve pretty much ruled out an issue on the car and wiring side and decided to open the ECU. 2 x shorted MOSFETs, 1 shorted IGBT and a blown current sensing resistor. The faulty resistor was hard to spot visually but it went open circuit. My understanding is these ECUs alternate two separate high voltage supplies to meet the demands of the injectors. This fault overall took one supply down completely.

    New parts on the way. Once fitted I will test and report back.
