Tuners advice on my tfsi stage 3 remap audi a3 remap

I was wondering if someone could take a look at this map a tuner done for me and tell me if it's any good for what my car is and the mods another insight would be helpful as the car doesn't feel as quick as it should be. In the download I've included logs and a mods list thanks
