Did the attached rar file work and what cable did you use to attach it to your pc?

I have a similar problem, I did send it to a guy to have it erased but Im getting an error code

CEM-DE58 Communication with SRS control module Signal missing

It cannot be read with Xprog or 9s12 programmer.
Works instead with UPA.
