CAS3+ change ISN

Hi i have problem after my friend try add all key lost via VVDI tool now we can make ignition on car crank but dosnt start ECU edc17c50 log tampering fault
anyone can change me Cas3+ isn code ?
ISN from ecu is : FE23E43DAD68C5CF6D8E1CC359223DEC3
ISN CAS3+ : B2 66 7A 71 E8 F6 89 8A F3 C2 59 AB DE 66 40 8F
