GM prisma 2016 problem with fan control programation..

hi friend. i have in my workshop one GM prisma 2016 with DELCO E83 Ecu. The problem is what the fan found continuosly. The fan is ON all times,only with the engine RUN. Im use GM MDI with techline scantool. Offline of course. The car is without DTC. the temperature is normal,but the scan tool show ECT WANT = 0 Degree ECT real = 63 degress. How to make for reconfigure ECT want with GM MDI and TechLine software ?? Very thanks !!
