FIAT DOBLO 1.9 JTD 2003 BCM Programming remote Keys PROBLEM

Hello Friends ,

I need help someone smarter than I.

I got my Fiat Doblo that have 2 programmed working keys. One of them is remote key but it not working. Seller told me that it worked but after battery discharged it stop worked.

I make dump from my BCM (Fiat OE 46817786). Inside was 93LC66 chip so I read it and decode pin code 27965.
I also buy another same BCM from Punto II and I reporogrammed it by this dump where I exta added one more key ( I prepared id48 transponder in Zedbull). So I get orginal BCM not touched and second one with added one key more.
After that I used multiecuscan for programming new remote keys and key. but I got problem. I cannot full read informations from BCM like hw, sw version etc. I only see ISO number 40 83 83 19 34. I am unable to program new keys I get unknow error. I tried on different version MES like 4.8, 4.6 , 4.2 etc.
I used Obdlink SX usb cable orginal !!!, elm327 bluetooth, cheap cable usb etc always I got these errors. I don't know what to do . Same errors on old BCM and new BCM programmed.


The strange thing is that I can check parameters, read and clear DTC errors, I can check in MES how many keys is programmed , how many Remote keys etc, everything work, but I can not add new keys and see full informations about BCM Delphi 188, that is in my car .......

Please help me what is going on, where is problem

Hello, btw i don't think that i am smarter than you, with what tool did you read the eeprom ??
you remove it from pcb i hope ...

i don't know about 2003 Doblo ... but in most cases on FIAT, the only tool read BCM and correct prepare remote data etc ... is IO-terminal tool.
ofc that is based in my small expirience.

maybe you should ask at locksmith section, there are way better than me to help you

I used XGecu TL866II and iprog+
I think that if dump is not correct i should have problem only with second BCM not with my orginal..... Orginal is not touched. My car works without problems with old orginal and second modifed BCM from Punto where I put dump from Doblo. I can drive , engine starts without problems, no errors ....Everythings works like windows lights etc . everything work with my old keys so it is not problem by dump. Problem is that i cannot add new keys ( remote keys) stange thing

In some bsi, mes it shows only a part of info, that is normal...

Try again with mes and pin code, some times shows error but in the end it make the job...

Your donor bsi is the same with ori? And must have all the keys to program it....

yes, dobor is exacly as original same Fiat OE numer. It works witout problem with my car . I can drive, no immo errors in memory etc. Problem is that I am unable to reprogram one orginal remote key and one new with prepared transponder on my original BCM and on Donor BCM … I want to have remote unlock/lock car .… previously I thought that it was obd usb cable problem and BT CABLE….. do you know alternative program like MES that could program these remote keys ?? Maybe AlfaObd ??


i cant make procedure reprogramming keys/ remote key because after i put tab execute program shows undefined error and nothing happend… I dont have option to put unlock lock keys on each remote keys etc . That is the problem

alfaobd also not work in add remote keys procedure but it give me messege that car code is corect during connecting to BCM

maybe something is wrong with can line or remote key receiver or grounded BCM

I checked that when I put buttoms on remote key the status of battery in MES was „ ok” or „ not ok”

If i remember right, remote is autocoding when you programming the key.....

You can use the old sw effi and add your key directly in bsi sw, but i don't know if the remote will work...
