radio turn on but strange display
95128 was removed before

In some devices there is a configuration byte that tells the mcu what kind of a display you have, so it could be such a situation here because you have this strange display, try to place dump from same radio type etc and see if you get some display like it should be, then code can be fixed so you could enter code...
